I first decided to embark on a new career in massage therapy after experiencing the amazing effects of Holistic Massage for myself. I began my training with a Diploma in Holistic Massage, graduating with Distinction in 2003 from the prestigious Essentials for Health School of Massage, Aromatherapy and Sports Massage in London.

My passion for complementary therapies grew from there and I have not stopped training since! In 2004 I qualified in Thai Yoga Massage and as an Infant Massage Instructor and then in 2006 I gained my diploma in Massage for Pregnancy.

I was delighted to be offered work as a tutor at Essentials for Health on the Massage Diploma Course in 2005, having assisted since graduating and am now a Course Director there.

I am a strong believer in the power of complementary therapies to bring about relaxation, balance and healing for people of all ages, from babies to the elderly and I particularly enjoy working with women and their partners during pregnancy and early parenthood.
